Saw there were other flavors so i got the vanilla Chai and coffee caramel. Lol the coffee one tastes absolutely gross to me (just my opinion). The vanilla Chai was better than the 3 I've had. I have been using it while pregnant and use it more as a supplement first thing in the morning when I need immediate protein and food to get my blood sugar up, versus a meal replacement. I do find sometimes it keeps me fuller longer though. I use it with milk due to not liking the texture with water. It tastes great (I get the chocolate) and doesn’t make me bloated or gassy."

"I absolutely was willing try just about anythin reasonable for food because of the lack of protein intake. This literally helped me so much and I have ordered 3 or 4 tubs of them from Target (3 chocolate and 1 vanilla I think). Now I’m trying the vanilla chai and it’s wonderful. My husband also will be taking the vanilla cookie one and he loves it the times that he has tried it. He is very fit and has tried a lot of supplements and this brand has some of the cleanest ingredients out there. No tummy aches, no plastic flavor, no unnecessary ingredients. And they sent me a packet of elderberry gummies to try and oh my gosh, they’re so good?? Oh and the vanilla chai taste like pumpkin cinnamon spiced latte and smells like milk tea.
